What are the qualifications to receive a medical card?

You must be a permanent or seasonal Florida resident and have been diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a qualified physician. Upon approval, you will be entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry and obtain a Medical Marijuana Use Registry ID Card.
